Team members join a long-standing brand with a strong reputation for personalized service and a refined in-store experience.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive role based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Customer Service Executive will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries by phone or digital channels, resolving issues, and following up to ensure satisfaction. The role involves processing sales transactions accurately, coordinating with sales and inventory teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product lines and promotions. QualificationsStrong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.Demonstrated experience in Customer Satisfaction, including handling feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring positive outcomes.Foundational knowledge of Customer Service Management practices, such as tracking issues, escalating when needed, and following up systematically.Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a respectful, inclusive approach to customers and colleagues.Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury goods is preferred; jewelry or accessories experience is an advantage.Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed.Strong attention to detail, reliability in handling cash or POS systems, and basic computer literacy.Proficiency in relevant local languages; additional language skills are a plus.
