The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and staff development. The role requires implementing and managing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and providing strategic support to meet organizational objectives. The manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related initiatives.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning.Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Fostering a Positive Workplace Culture.Experience in designing and implementing HR policies, along with ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Proven ability in Performance Management, Training, and Employee Development.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Experience working in hybrid work environments is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.Strong proficiency in HR software and tools is beneficial.
