Technical Customer Service Representative (English Account)Position OverviewThis is a customer service role first – with a light technical layer. You will assist English-speaking customers by understanding their issues, following troubleshooting scripts, and providing solutions in a professional, service-oriented manner. This is not an IT or dedicated technical support engineer role.English Proficiency RequirementB2 to B2+Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (technical or non-technical).· Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).· Basic logical thinking and ability to follow technical procedures.· No deep IT or engineering background required.Compensation· Base net salary: Up to 17,000 EGP· Performance incentives: Up to 3,500 EGP (additional), Attadence bounce Work EnvironmentFull-time, on-site at Maadi Technology Village.
