Perform accurate data entry of document-related information into designated systems, databases, or spreadsheets.Scan physical documents and converting them into organized electronic records.Maintain proper filing and archiving of both physical and digital documents according to established proceduresIndex, label, and categorize documents to facilitate efficient retrieval.Monitor document quality and ensure readability of archived files.Ensure proper maintenance and use of scanning devices, computers, and related office equipment.Report inconsistencies, missing records, or damaged documents to the direct supervisor.Ensure that all documents follow the coordination consistent with the company's rules and regulations. Create document templates for future use and manage document flow within the organization. Maintain confidentiality about sensitive information and the organization's terms of agreement.Review and update various documents and documents such as workflow files. Follow up on the copies and storage of documents and documents. Establish a system to assist management with paperwork. Prepare customized project reports according to business needs. Review and maintain the archive in hard copy as well as electronic. Follow up on the progress of documents. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.Previous experience in data entry, archiving, or administrative support is preferred.Proficiency in using computers, laptops, and office software, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently.Strong organizational and time management skills.
