JOB TITLEDeputy Manager | MAF Retail | Supeco DumyatROLE SUMMARYThe Deputy Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day activities of the store. The role holder will also be responsible for acting on behalf of the Store Manager in decision-making responsibilities concerning everyday issues.ROLE PROFILEEnsure the Majid Al Futtaim Retail concepts implementation in store.Assist in creating the store strategy and ensure implementation in line with MAF Retail business strategyGuarantee the correct application of merchandise plan/layoutsSupport comparative studies between departments that can contribute to the efficiency of the commercial conceptsStay informed about competitor activities and take appropriate measures if necessaryGuarantee the application of the commercial policy agreed for the store according to the strategyAnalyse quantitatively and qualitatively the products assortment in the storePropose corrective measures to increase profitability and sales turnoverREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in Management or equal5+ years in a managerial function, 2+ years in the retailKnowledge of principles and methods for managing individuals and groupsPractical problem-solving skillsInterpersonal skills and Good time management skillsHighly organized with strong multitasking skillsWHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
