We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and forward-thinking Deputy Treasury Manager to support our treasury operations. This role plays a critical part in managing liquidity, optimizing capital structure, handling relationships with financial institutions, and developing strategic financial initiatives. Guided by our ultimate goal of “إعمار الأرض” – fostering "Growth & Prosperity" – we are committed to delivering value, creating a positive impact, and building a better, greener future.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage daily cash flows and ensure the availability of liquidity for operations.Plan and forecast short- and long-term cash and liquidity requirements.Develop and implement strategies to enhance capital efficiency and financial structure.Provide strategic input to improve treasury operations and reduce financial risks.Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions.Negotiate terms for credit facilities, bank loans, and other financing options.Propose and implement secure investment strategies aligned with company objectives.Monitor investment performance and assess associated risks.Manage corporate debt, monitor repayment schedules, and ensure compliance.Prepare periodic and ad hoc treasury reports for senior management review.Collaborate with internal departments for financial performance analysis.Ensure compliance with financial laws, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.Represent the treasury department in audits and internal reviews.Support the Treasury Manager and act on their behalf when required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.7–10 years of relevant experience in treasury or financial management.Prior experience in large joint-stock or listed companies is strongly preferred.Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is preferred.Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, debt structuring, and liquidity management.Proficiency in SAP and advanced financial reporting tools.Deep knowledge of banking regulations and corporate finance compliance.Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to market fluctuations.Why Join Korra Energi?At Korra Energi, you will discover a distinctive culture and value system that sets us apart.
