As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (Civil & Architectural) to lead procurement operations and ensure efficient sourcing, supplier management, and procurement of construction materials and subcontracting services across our projects. Guided by our ultimate goal of “إعمار الأرض” – fostering "Growth & Prosperity" – we are committed to delivering value and building a better, greener future.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage procurement activities for civil and architectural materials and subcontracting packages.Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery schedules.Review and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and evaluate technical and financial proposals from suppliers and subcontractors.Analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and coordinate with technical teams to support procurement planning and project execution.Oversee cost estimation activities during pre-project and tender phases.Review engineering drawings and ensure procurement activities align with project specifications and technical requirements.Manage material selection, technical submittals, and consultant approvals.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure reliable supply chain operations.Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best commercial and contractual terms.Monitor procurement performance, supplier compliance, and delivery schedules across projects.Ensure procurement documentation, records, and reporting are maintained accurately and efficiently.Coordinate closely with project management, technical office, planning, and finance teams to support project objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.8–12 years of experience in procurement within construction or contracting companies.Strong knowledge of civil and architectural materials, subcontracting packages, and procurement processes.Experience in BOQ analysis, cost estimation, technical submittals, and supplier evaluation.Proven leadership experience managing procurement teams and supplier networks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Why Join Korra Energi?At Korra Energi, you will discover a distinctive culture and value system that sets us apart.
