This is a full-time, on-site Design Architect role based in Sheikh Zayed City, Beverly Hills, Sodic West, Giza. Role Description Design Architect (Architecture Department) with strong creative and conceptual design skills to lead the architectural design direction on high-profile residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence from early concept through detailed development, delivering spaces that are innovative, functional, and contextually relevant.Key Responsibilities:● Lead concept development, masterplan inputs, and schematic architectural designs.● Prepare design presentations, diagrams, and architectural narratives that communicate project vision.● Integrate sustainability, cultural relevance, and global design trends into creative solutions.Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.● 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.● Excellent design sense with advanced skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3ds Max/Corona (or equivalent).● Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.● Fluency in Arabic and English.
