Team members join a collaborative environment that values professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Primary/Resale/Rent Agent with real estate experience. The agent will handle client inquiries, conduct property consultations, and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include listing and updating properties on company platforms, arranging and conducting property viewings, and following up with leads to convert them into successful transactions. The role involves negotiating prices and terms, preparing basic documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth closing processes. The agent will also monitor market trends, maintain accurate client and property records, and provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and referrals.QualificationsStrong real estate foundation, including knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, local market dynamics, and property valuation basics.Proven Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, negotiate effectively, and close deals.Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to manage client expectations professionally.Valid Real Estate License (or eligibility to obtain one) in accordance with local regulations and company requirements.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage field visits, and maintain a professional presence during client meetings and property tours.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing listings, leads, and client communications.Previous real estate experience in primary, resale, or rental segments is strongly preferred; fluency in Arabic and good command of English are advantageous.
