Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Real Estate Agent located in New Cairo. The Senior Real Estate Agent will handle property sales and rentals, manage client relationships, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include prospecting new leads, maintaining existing client portfolios, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth property transactions in a competitive real estate market. The role requires a deep understanding of real estate operations and trends in the New Cairo area. QualificationsA valid Real Estate License and expertise in real estate practicesStrong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsExperience and proven success in Sales, particularly within the real estate or real property sectorsStrong negotiation, communication, and networking skillsKnowledge of the New Cairo real estate market and local property trendsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in relevant real estate management software is a plus
