The Senior Sales professional will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a portfolio of listings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing accurate reports and forecasts. The Senior Sales professional will stay current with local market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches to provide informed guidance to clients.QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales, specifically in primary, resale, or rental properties, preferably in New Cairo or similar markets.Strong client relationship and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain complex information clearly and professionally.Solid understanding of local real estate regulations, contracts, and transaction processes.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for lead management, documentation, and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant real estate certifications are an advantage.High level of integrity, customer focus, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and partners.
