The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer retention, as well as a deep understanding of the digital entertainment industry and its evolving trends.Execute comprehensive customer retention strategies that align with business objectives, including market research, target market identification, and campaign planning.Attend regular meetings to discuss performance challenges and remedial plans vs voice of customer needsCommunicate, monitor and maintain performance standardsEnsure resolution of escalated customer queries and complaints through different platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Finance, to ensure alignment and maximum impact of customer retention initiatives.Stay up to date with industry trends and developments and apply this knowledge to continuously improve customer retention strategies and tactics.Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on customer Retention performance, opportunities, and challenges.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in customer Retention, marketing, or sales, preferably in the telecommunications & Digital entertainment.Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful customer Retention strategies that drive revenue and profitability.Strong understanding of the telecommunications & Digital Entertainment and its evolving trends, as well as the needs and preferences of customers.
