Key Accountabilities: - Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for all new app features and the upcoming total app revamp.- Own & steer the integration of all financial services activities on e& money application- Own the Content Management System (CMS); manage the daily lifecycle of banners, splash screens, and promotional real estate.- Conduct continuous A/B testing on icon placements and UI layouts to optimize customer engagement and click-through rates (CTR).- Develop & execute the e& money app calendar focusing on all financial services use cases- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of commercial product managers, UX, IT, etc & to develop integrated one single app & delivers key messages customized to target each customer segment on the app- Responsible for e& money app KPIs designed to increase the conversion rate in each touchpoint on the customer funnel- Design & launch the app promotional & incentive platforms to push consumer adoption & achieve conversion- Develop and manage gamification frameworks (streaks, badges, rewards) to increase app "stickiness" and DAU/MAU ratios.- Own the app experience for different verticals & accountable for maintaining different industries digital standards- Build the after sales support & complaint handling processes, SLAs, Compensation matrix jointly with Business owners, Merchants & Customer Care- Monitor the relative performance, new launches & in app digital experience to ensure being at par with diversified market players- Scout the market for adequate smart enablers to be equipped in e& money app to support being a single platform- Mange the team responsible for E2E testing and sign-off all the app projects along with app release plan- Work closely with the IT team to ensure proper mapping of all developed use cases and setting the needed alarms to proactively detect any raised issues- Scout and equip e& money with the tools needed for upselling and Realtime triggers to ensure easier upselling and conversion along with tools required to upscale the app from mere service app to product based app- Own & set the super app upselling strategy & set the framework for in-app & out of app communication direction.- Lead and manage a team of Digital savvys, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure team engagement & development- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing initiatives and drive business outcomes.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 8 years of work experience in App Management, Growth Marketing, or Product Operations (ideally within Fintech, E-commerce, or a high-growth startup)Good understanding of basic Digital Backend systems & technicalitiesDeep understanding of the Egyptian consumer landscape and digital payment behaviors.Expert-level experience with CMS tools, App Analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase, or AppsFlyer), and A/B testing platforms.Proven ability to manage "Business As Usual" (BAU) while simultaneously leading a major project revamp.Ability to translate raw data into actionable "growth hacks."
