You understand what a client actually needs, translate it into work the team can execute, and hold everyone accountable to the outcome.You will read campaign data, identify what is underperforming, and walk into client calls with a clear point of view. You will also grow the accounts you manage by identifying upsell opportunities that make sense for the client, not just for the invoice.What You Will DoManage client relationships across multiple accounts, including status calls, presentations, and difficult conversationsBuild and own digital marketing calendars and campaign strategies aligned to client KPIsMonitor campaign performance across paid, organic, and social channels and turn data into clear recommendationsCoordinate with creative, media buying, and web dev teams to keep projects on track and within budgetIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose them crediblyManage client budgets and billing with accuracyWhat We Are Looking For2 to 4 years in digital or performance marketing account managementHands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google AnalyticsAble to read a performance dashboard and explain what it means to a client who is not familiar with oneTrack record of managing client budgets and hitting revenue targetsStrong written and spoken Arabic and EnglishDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldBonus if you have worked on B2B or tech accounts.Who Fits HereYou prepare before a client call.
