This role is centered on optimizing and scaling an existing content and marketing engine rather than heavy execution.You’ll work closely with the Founder to improve content performance, refine workflows, and support go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, someone who understands what works in content marketing and can continuously improve systems using data and AI tools.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and optimize the existing content and marketing systemSupport content creation, scheduling, and distribution across social platformsCollaborate on go-to-market strategies and campaign planningAnalyze content performance and recommend improvementsEnsure all content aligns with brand voice and target audienceLeverage AI tools and automation systems to scale content production efficientlyWork within structured workflows and contribute to process improvementsMust-Haves3–5 years of experience in content marketing and social mediaStrong understanding of content performance and engagement metricsFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., GPT-based tools) and content systemsStrategic thinker with the ability to identify gaps and suggest improvementsComfortable working within structured systems, SOPs, and workflowsExperience with automation tools (e.g., Make, Airtable, Metricool)Strong English communication skillsGreat-to-HaveExperience with tools such as Metricool, Clay, or similar platformsUnderstanding of go-to-market strategiesExperience working with automated marketing systemsExperience in real estate or B2C service-based businesses
