We're building a fully integrated digital system to manage warehouses, site reporting, procurement, and financial dashboards — and we need someone to own that system, grow it, and keep it running.This is not a one-time project. This is a long-term role with real ownership and direct impact on how the company operates every day.About the Role:As our Digital Transformation & Systems Specialist, you will design, build, and maintain the operational systems that connect our field teams to management. Your dashboards will be used by senior leadership daily. Your automations will save hours of manual work every week.What You'll Do:- Build and maintain AppSheet applications for warehouse management, procurement, and daily site reporting- Create Power BI dashboards that turn raw data into clear decisions for management- Manage and optimize data in Google Sheets across multiple departments and projects- Connect field operations data to management reporting in a unified automated pipeline- Collaborate with engineers, warehouse managers, and accountants to understand needs and build real solutions- Explore AI-driven automations to reduce manual work across departments- Document all systems and updates thoroughlyWork Arrangement:First 3 months: Full on-site (New Cairo)After 3 months: Hybrid — 3 days on-site, 2 days remote (based on performance) Requirements:- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital systems, data analysis, or no-code development- Proven AppSheet experience — you must share at least one live project link when applying- Advanced Google Sheets skills including complex formulas and data structuring- Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio for dashboard creation- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions- Ability to work independently and document your work thoroughly- Self-aware — honest about what you know and what you're still learningPreferred:- Background in construction, manufacturing, or multi-site operations- Experience with Google Apps Script for workflow automation- Familiarity with AI tools for business process improvementImportant:Applications without a live AppSheet project link will not be reviewed.
