Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining Chubb’s insurance offerings, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include establishing strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires a proactive approach in identifying client needs, negotiating contracts, and supporting long-term client satisfaction. QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain relationships effectively.Proven Sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Foundational knowledge of Finance principles and practices relevant to the insurance industry.Understanding of Insurance products, policies, and industry trends.Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and manage client meetings and local engagements.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in sales or insurance is a strong advantage.Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
