This role is responsible for leading and coaching a direct sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets for insurance products. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing sales strategies, overseeing lead generation efforts, monitoring performance metrics, and providing regular feedback and performance reviews. The manager will design and deliver training and upskilling programs, ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards, and support team members in closing complex deals. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to optimize the sales funnel and enhance customer experience is also a key aspect of this role.Qualifications Strong sales and lead generation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding insurance or financial services sales targets.Team management and training capabilities, including experience coaching, mentoring, and developing direct sales teams.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build trust with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.Solid understanding of insurance products and the broader financial services landscape; experience in direct or field sales is highly preferred.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems to manage pipelines, track activities, and report on sales performance.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is preferred.
