Key Responsibilities:Drive the sales of Personal Loan products by identifying and approaching prospective customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective cross-selling and customer engagement activities.Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience.Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and target achievement.Educate customers on product features, benefits, terms, and conditions to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, providing feedback and recommendations to support product and service enhancements.Adhere to all departmental policies, operational procedures, and internal controls while carrying out daily responsibilities.Support the smooth execution of daily sales activities and contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, banking regulations, anti-money laundering standards, and internal governance policies.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles.Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Basic sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
