Key ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementManage and develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals, and strategic accounts.Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned customers.Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing agreements, and promotions.Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.Monitor customer sales performance and implement growth plans.Launch new products through distribution partners effectively.Distribution & OperationsCoordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.Monitor stock levels, order fulfillment, and product availability.Resolve customer complaints related to deliveries, shortages, or returns.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.ReportingPrepare regular sales reports, account performance reviews, and business plans.Track KPIs such as sales growth, order fulfillment, collection efficiency, and market share.Qualifications3–7 years of experience in sales, key account management, pharmaceutical distribution.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and reporting tools.Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequentlyTo Apply, Kindly send CV to People.Culture@dafholding.com mentioning Distribution Manager in Title
