EELAF is hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Account Manager – UPS to develop and manage business through resellers, system integrators, IT partners, contractors, and channel accounts.The selected candidate will be responsible for growing EELAF’s UPS channel business, developing new partners, managing existing accounts, promoting UPS and backup power solutions, and following opportunities from inquiry stage through quotation, negotiation, closing, delivery follow-up, and after-sales coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new channel business opportunities for UPS and backup power solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, system integrators, IT partners, contractors, and key channel accounts.Promote and sell UPS solutions including single-phase UPS, three-phase UPS, online UPS, batteries, battery cabinets, SNMP cards, PDUs, and related accessories.Follow up on partner inquiries, quotations, negotiations, approvals, and closing activities.Support channel partners with product selection, solution proposals, and technical-commercial offers.Coordinate with presales, technical, logistics, and product teams to ensure accurate solutions and smooth order execution.Develop and manage channel pipeline, forecasts, sales activities, and account plans through CRM.Support project registration, vendor coordination, and partner enablement activities.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, stock availability, and partner requirements.Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals.Track order progress, delivery status, revenue realization, and customer satisfaction after sales.Maintain strong follow-up with partners to increase repeat business and account growth.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3–7 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in UPS, power backup, IT infrastructure, data center, or electrical solutions.Strong knowledge of UPS systems, power backup solutions, batteries, and related accessories.Proven experience working with resellers, system integrators, IT partners, contractors, or channel accounts.Good understanding of channel sales cycles, partner management, quotations, and order follow-up.Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and account management skills.Target-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple partners and opportunities.Proficiency in MS Office is required.CRM experience is preferred.Existing network with UPS resellers, IT infrastructure partners, or system integrators is a strong plus.
