EELAF is hiring a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist – B2B Distribution to support the execution of sales activities across the company’s business-to-business distribution channels.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the operational side of the sales cycle, from receiving customer purchase orders and processing sales orders through stock confirmation, invoicing, delivery coordination, collection follow-up, and order closure.This role requires strong follow-up, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with sales, finance, procurement, logistics, warehouses, and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and follow up on B2B sales orders from customer confirmation through delivery, collection, and closure.Review customer purchase orders, quotations, sales orders, pricing, payment terms, and supporting documents.Coordinate with sales teams to ensure that orders are complete, approved, and ready for execution.Confirm stock availability and coordinate stock allocation with warehouse and logistics teams.Monitor order status, invoicing, delivery schedules, pending documents, and customer commitments.Coordinate deliveries with customers, warehouses, drivers, and logistics providers.Follow up with customers and sales teams on outstanding payments and collection commitments.Coordinate with finance regarding credit limits, payment terms, invoicing, customer balances, and payment allocation.Coordinate with procurement regarding unavailable items, backorders, and expected delivery dates.Maintain accurate order, customer, delivery, collection, and activity records on ERP and CRM systems.Prepare regular reports on sales orders, pending deliveries, backorders, collections, and operational issues.Escalate delayed orders, stock shortages, pricing discrepancies, credit issues, and delivery problems.Support the sales team with quotations, order documentation, customer follow-up, and operational requirements.Ensure compliance with internal approval processes, pricing policies, credit terms, and documentation requirements.Coordinate after-sales requests, returns, replacements, and customer complaints with the relevant departments.Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, order management, commercial operations, or B2B distribution.Previous experience in a distributor, wholesaler, trading company, or multi-product business is strongly preferred.Good understanding of the full order-to-cash cycle.Experience handling quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, deliveries, credit terms, and collections.Strong coordination and follow-up skills across multiple departments.High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.Experience using ERP and CRM systems is required.Experience with Odoo is a strong advantage.Good command of written and spoken English.Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
