ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and market share within assigned districts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budgets.Lead, coach, and evaluate Medical Representatives through regular performance reviews and field visits.Manage territory segmentation, resource allocation, and scheduling to maximize team productivity.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Monitor competitor activity, analyze market trends, and prepare regular performance reports.Oversee district budgets, including sales expenses and promotional activities.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Veterinary Medicine.Must be a resident in Mansoura, Dakahlya Egypt.Experience: Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical sales management, with strong knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas.Required SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilities.Effective presentation and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.Proven leadership and project management experience.
