Job purposeDynamic District Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving the achievement of our sales objectives across the assigned district, responsible for implementing strategic marketing plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the optimal deployment of team efforts through our CRM system. This role requires a proactive leader with strong business acumen, capable of motivating teams and managing key customer relationships. ResponsibilitiesAchieve the company’s sales objectives for the assigned district (area).Lead and develop a team of medicalImplement marketing plans to meet the company’s objectives for salesManage and guide the activities of your sales team to ensure the best use of their time, enhance their efficiency, and ensure that their selling efforts are focused on a predetermined list of prioritized objectives with full implementation on the company CRM systemMay personally negotiate large salesAssign sales territory to sales personnel and analyze statistics to ensure the proper deployment of your sales team.Assist or participate in developing sales campaigns, seminars & symposia to accommodate the company’s goals.Study, analyze the market and watch closely the competition, report findings to the management team and other concerned departments.Ensure open communication channels with your team and other departments and improve the quality of ongoingAnalyze sales periodically with a report showing sales volume and potential salesControls expenditures according to the budgetaryParticipate in the recruiting procedure and initial trainingEffective implementation of marketing and salesMaintain a comprehensive and classified list of physicians, hospitals, and paramedical contacts, updated constantly.Assists the Area Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.Assist your manager in gathering information to enhance the building of better sales and marketing strategiesAppraise the medical representative continuously to control their performanceAttends and participates in all relevant district, regional, and national meetingsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, veterinary.3+ years’ experience in a similar position.Result OrientedTeam PlayerTeam Dynamics & Agile
