Document Controller

Job Purpose:Maintains and organizes the Quality System in line with predefined policies, the quality manual, environmental procedures, and rules to meet quality standards. Reviews and shares documents according to quality standards and/or customer requirements, organizes archives, monitors audit plans, communicates audit results to relevant departments, and follows up on the implementation of related action plans.Job Accountabilities:Internal AuditsPerform internal system and document audits according to the internal audit plan.Communicate audit results, define action plans, and monitor their implementation.Document Review & UpdatesReview and update documents, procedures, and instructions in accordance with corporate standards.Ensure all documents reflect the latest revisions.Document Control & ArchivingIssue local documents and share or translate central documents to concerned parties using the plant’s document management tool.Ensure document availability and organize archives.Manage obsolete documents and oversee execution of annual/quarterly archive transfer plans.Plant Documentation ManagementEnsure necessary documents are displayed correctly in the plant (visual aids, technical instructions, process & product parameters).Monitor and follow up on QMS action plan implementation.KPI Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementMonitor documentation KPIs.Define and implement continuous improvement plans for processes, procedures, and systems to meet Quality Department and company objectives.ComplianceEnsure compliance with Quality and EHS systems, corporate values, code of conduct, and non-disclosure agreements.Qualifications:Bachler's degree in relevant field1-2 years of experience in Automotive fieldFamiliar with ISO, FMEA , IATF standardsEnglish language is a must MS Office & organizational skills is a mustAttention to details & follow ups
