This role involves managing and maintaining the Dynamics CRM environment, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support and enhance CRM functionalities.RequirementsResponsibilities:Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Servers (Development, SIT, UAT, Production)Manage system & servers upgrades and to know how to handle the cumulative updates, patches, and releasesManage Production Deployments and new releases. Maintenance / Deploying Server Jobs on CRM ServersHas the ability to Apply adjustments on Active Directory Level for the OUs , Security groups and usersMaintain CRM services on the servers and make sure that they are running properlyManage solution imports/exports and versioning controlMonitor Server Logs, Performance and Servers availabilityRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrationStrong knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and security modelsExperience with CRM workflows, plugins, and integrationsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentMicrosoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plusSkills:Proficiency in Dynamics CRM tools and administrationStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyGood interpersonal and collaboration skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
