We specialize in Sports Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Branding, Event Management, and Social Media Management working with leading clients in the Telecom, Banking, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Hospitality, and Technology sectors.Role DescriptionThe Senior Sports Marketing Executive leads the execution of sports marketing initiatives, including athlete partnerships, sponsorships, activations, and events. The role is responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, developing partnership proposals, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. This position is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong project management skills and a passion for creating impactful sports experiences and partnerships.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sodic, Sixth of October, with a hybrid working model.Key Responsibilities• Identify, develop, and secure athlete partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, endorsements, and strategic collaborations aligned with client objectives.• Lead the planning and execution of sports marketing campaigns, activations, and events while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.• Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, agents, sports entities, rights holders, sponsors, and key industry stakeholders.• Develop sponsorship proposals, commercial presentations, pitch decks, and partnership recommendations tailored to client objectives.• Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee the execution of sports-related agreements, including athlete contracts, sponsorship agreements, endorsements, and partnerships.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution.• Conduct venue assessments, site visits, and oversee vendors and suppliers to ensure operational excellence during events and activations.• Scout and evaluate athletes, sports personalities, and emerging talent for campaign opportunities and long-term partnerships.• Support business development efforts by identifying new revenue opportunities and contributing to client pitches and proposals.• Monitor industry trends, sponsorship developments, fan engagement strategies, and competitor activities to generate innovative recommendations.• Attend client meetings, sporting events, negotiations, and activations as required.• Track campaign performance and prepare post-event reports, recaps, and actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.• Ensure all projects comply with contractual obligations, client expectations, brand guidelines, and internal processes.• Prepare and submit weekly reports across designated systems and manual reporting formats. Qualifications• Strong passion for sports and in-depth understanding of the sports marketing ecosystem.• 4–7 years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, events, partnerships, athlete management, or related fields.• Experience in athlete management and sponsorship sales is highly preferred.• Proven experience managing sports activations, sponsorship initiatives, and stakeholder relationships.• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop partnership opportunities.• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.• Willingness to travel and work during weekends or evenings when required by project timelines.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Canva, CRM tools, and project management platforms is considered an advantage.• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Work Model & Compensation• 4 days working from the office, 1 day work from home.• Competitive salary package based on experience.• Project-based bonuses, incentives, and commissions tied to performance, sponsorship acquisition, and deal closures.
