Acting as the main point of contact between the category management team and the e-commerce team to ensure smooth alignment and execution in terms of product availability and pricing.Coordinating product listing and content updates across e-commerce channels (website and marketplace).Implement pricing and promotional tactics across e-commerce channels in coordination with the category management team.Monitoring online sales performance, margins, and inventory.Managing marketplace operations including listing, stock availability, pricing updates, and promotional activities.Suppliers onboarding and online assortment expansion across e-commerce channels.Designing and executing the e-commerce commercial calendar and campaign activities.Preparing sales and operational performance reports with recommendations for improvement.Coordinating with internal stakeholders (content, web development, supply chain, marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure smooth e-commerce operations. 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, merchandising, and category management.Proven experience in Furniture & Household category management.Experience in working with online players such as; Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and Homzmart.Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage cross functional stakeholders.
