📍KSAQualifications: - Lead the academic and operational performance of the Early Years/KG stage, ensuring high teaching standards and student wellbeing.- Ensure curriculum implementation, lesson planning quality, and consistency across classrooms.- Monitor pacing plans, learning objectives, and assessment practices to ensure alignment and progress.- Oversee formative and summative assessment processes appropriate for Early Years.- Supervise and coach teachers through observations, feedback, and development plans.- Organize professional development sessions and support teachers in classroom management and effective instructional strategies.- Maintain strong parent communication, support parent meetings, and manage escalations professionally.- Ensure a welcoming and supportive learning environment aligned with the school’s values.- Coordinate with the Academic Director/Principal and other Heads to ensure smooth school operations.Requirements- 2–3 years of experience as an Early Stage Head / KG Coordinator / EYFS Lead.- Strong experience in international school systems; American curriculum experience is preferred.- Proven ability to lead quality, assessment, and pacing across Early Years classes.- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
