Ecommerce Coordinator

Job PurposeOrascom Hotel Management is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator with experience in online distribution channels. The department covers 25 properties cross destinations (El Gouna, Taba Heights, Oman, Montenegro, Switzerland)Key Responsibilities1. Online Booking & ChannelsCreate and update room types, rate plans, packages, and promotions online.Ensure online travel sites (OTAs, IBE) display correct availability and pricing.Verify that our booking systems (PMS, SynXis, OPERA, SiteMinder) are fully synced with online channels.Maintain cancellation policies and restrictions during peak periods.Monitor and resolve rate discrepancies across all online channels.Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices.2. Content ManagementUpload and maintain high-quality photos, room details, and hotel information.Assist in designing and promoting special offers and packages for online sales.3. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly and monthly e-commerce production reports.Monitor booking trends and provide recommendations to improve online sales.4. Teamwork & SupportCollaborate with Front Office, Reservations and Revenue teams to ensure accurate information.Assist in troubleshooting issues related to online bookings or content updates.RequirementsLocation: El-Gouna; candidates must be able to relocate.Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Marketing, or Business is preferred.Fluent in written and spoken English.Highly computer literate: expert in Excel, quick learner of new technologies and software.Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail oriented.Excellent communication and organizational skills.I am willing to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team.
