The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, reducing downtime, troubleshooting electrical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the factory.Job Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults on production machinery.• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.• Diagnose recurring machine breakdowns and implement long-term solutions.• Maintain electrical control panels, motors, sensors, drives, and automation systems.• Support machine installations, upgrades, and modifications.• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.• Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.• Participate in continuous improvement projects.Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.• 5-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing.• Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation.• Experience with electrical control circuits, motors, and VFDs.• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Good communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in printing, packaging, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.• Familiarity with servo systems and industrial automation equipment.Benefits• Competitive salary.• Social insurance.• Career development opportunities.• Stable long-term employment.• Professional work environment.
