Electrical Engineer

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules (weekly / monthly / annual) to avoid breakdowns.Create and use checklists for maintenance tasks, including dates, needed materials, required tests, and manpower.Coordinate with other departments (engineering, operations, procurement, safety, etc.) for maintenance planning, resource allocation, and compliance.Manage spare parts inventory: identify needed spare parts, ensure availability, and minimize downtime.Support emergency response, on-call duties, and respond quickly to unexpected breakdowns.Assist in inspections, calibration, and preventive checks of equipment (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.).Maintain and update operation & maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and documentation.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix technical or mechanical issues when they arise.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with medium voltage (MV) equipment: switchgears, RMUs, transformers, protective relays, and control gear.Experience in operations, maintenance (preventive & corrective), installation, testing, and commissioning of MV systems.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.Good communication and teamwork skills.
