Reporting: Track KPIs and provide reports on maintenance progress, cost, and machine condition.Performance Measures (KPIs)Equipment Availability/Uptime: Maximizing uptime of machinery, as described by company strategy.Preventive Maintenance Compliance: Percentage of planned maintenance completed on time.Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) & Mean Time To Repair (MTTR): Tracking speed and reliability of repairs.Safety Audit Results: Compliance with safety regulations.Budget Adherence: Managing maintenance costs and spare parts consumption. Education: Bachelor’s degree in, Electrical.Experience: 8–15 years in industrial maintenance, with at least 5–8 years in a supervisory role. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and TPM systems, Deep knowledge of electrical, hydraulic pneumatic drawing and mechanical drawing.Software Skills: Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and AutoCAD.Preferred CertificationsCertified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) are often preferred.
