The company currently manages several major projects, including the Central Business District at Egypt’s New Capital under a long-term contract.Role Description The Student role at Horizon Operation & Management is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will support day-to-day operations for urban management projects, including data collection, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. Responsibilities may include assisting with performance monitoring, preparing reports, contributing to process improvement initiatives, and supporting the implementation of smart platforms and operational tools. The role involves learning and applying company standards, participating in meetings, and providing administrative and analytical support to senior staff. This position is designed to offer practical experience in urban operations, facility management, and AI-driven systems within a large-scale project environment.Qualifications Ability to conduct basic research, analyze information, and prepare clear reports and presentations.Competence in using office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools) and openness to learning digital and smart platforms.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and interact professionally with stakeholders.Demonstrated interest in urban management, operations, engineering, business, or a related field; current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant academic program is preferred.Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Ability to be present on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and comply with organizational policies and safety guidelines.
