Job Description – Electrical Proposal Engineer (Remote)We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Proposal Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team in a fully remote (work-from-home) capacity. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for a wide range of electrical systems and solutions, while supporting pre-award procurement activities.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and develop technical and commercial proposals for electrical projects and services.Study tender documents, specifications, drawings, and client requirements.select suitable solutions for various electrical systems including:Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and frequency convertersElectric motors and motor control systemsElectrical panels (MCC, PCC, control panels)Power distribution systems (LV & MV)Perform cost estimation, pricing, and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain quotations and technical data.Handle procurement activities, including supplier communication, technical evaluation, price comparison, and purchase order preparation.Support vendor selection and maintain an updated supplier database.Provide technical support to the sales and project teams.Ensure proposals comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.Participate in technical clarifications and client communications when required.Scope of Work:The role covers all major electrical engineering fields, including but not limited to:Drives and motor control systemsPower systems and distributionElectrical panels and switchgearIndustrial electrical services and maintenanceTesting, commissioning, and troubleshooting conceptsWork Conditions:This is a fully remote position (work from home).Full time job.Communication and coordination will be conducted online with the engineering and sales teams.Flexibility to attend virtual meetings and meet proposal deadlines is required.Why join us:Career Growth: We invest in your professional path.
