We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Electrical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth within the construction and electrical contracting sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the electrical and construction markets.Expand the company's customer base and actively generate new leads and accounts.Promote the company's services through technical and commercial presentations.Conduct regular client visits and maintain a strong market presence.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.Build and maintain an organized customer database and sales pipeline.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.Provide accurate sales forecasts and periodic market intelligence reports.Represent the company professionally and strengthen its position within the industry. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the electrical, construction, or contracting industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Existing network of clients and industry contacts within the construction and electrical sectors.Strong customer database and ability to generate new business opportunities.Demonstrated success in account acquisition and business development.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to identify potential projects and convert opportunities into sales.Strong understanding of project sales cycles, tendering processes, and contractor/consultant engagement.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.Valid driving license is preferred.Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Earthing, grounding, lightning protection, electrical infrastructure, or related construction services.Strong relationships with major contractors, consultants, and developers.Experience handling large-scale project sales and key accounts.Ability to contribute to the company's growth strategy and market expansion.
