End-to-End Hardware Design: Design, simulate, and implement robust electronic circuits from conceptualization to a production-ready state.PCB Design & Prototyping: Take full ownership of schematic capture and PCB layout using KiCAD or any other equivalents (Easy EDA, Altium), ensuring optimal routing for mixed-signal and high-frequency designs.Circuit Specialization: Architect and implement specialized hardware blocks, including: Efficient power delivery networks. Ultra-low power circuits optimized for battery-operated devices. Battery charging and discharging management circuits. Hardware protection and electrical isolation circuits. RF-based communication circuits. Digital logic and memory interfacing circuits. Solar powered systems. Supply Chain & Sourcing: Manage the electronic component supply chain, evaluating and selecting high-efficiency, reliable, and cost-effective parts.Lab Management & Assembly: Advise on and procure the best in-house lab equipment for PCB testing and assembly. Perform hands-on manual assembly, micro-soldering, and rigorous hardware testing.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with the software team by writing and testing basic embedded system drivers for microcontrollers to validate hardware functionality. ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a strictly related field. ● Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in hardware electronics design. ● Core Fundamentals: A strong theoretical and practical grasp of fundamental electronic circuit design. ● PCB Software: Professional, demonstrable experience using KiCAD , Altium for PCB design and assembly generation. In addition to multi-layers PCB design experience. ● Embedded Systems: Hands-on experience with basic embedded systems driver development, specifically for STM32, ESP32 and AVR microcontroller architectures. ● Low-Power Design: Proven experience in designing low-power PCBs and embedded systems, including calculating, measuring, testing, and optimizing power consumption for battery-operated devices. ● Battery Systems: Strong knowledge of battery technologies, battery selection, charging/discharging characteristics, power management, and efficiency optimization to support long device operating time. ● Industry Knowledge: General experience and familiarity with the unique constraints and requirements of IoT (Internet of Things) embedded projects. ● Hands-on Skills: Exceptional manual dexterity and experience in hands-on PCB assembly, board bring-up, and hardware debugging using standard lab equipment (osci loscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, etc.).
