Job Objective To design, implement, and oversee strategic initiatives that enhance employee involvement, cultivate a thriving corporate culture, and manage employee relations to ensure a positive, inclusive, and highly productive work environment in alignment with organizational goals.EnvironmentInternal: HR team, Executive Leadership Team, Department Managers, and all global/local employees.External: Engagement platform vendors, event coordinators, legal counsel (when necessary), and industry networks.Key responsibility Design and drive the organization’s employee engagement strategy, cultivating a workplace culture that aligns with company values.Develop, launch, and analyze annual employee engagement surveys, translating data into actionable culture-building initiatives.Partner with department heads to design and implement targeted retention strategies and team-building frameworks.Oversee the employee lifecycle experience, including optimizing onboarding programs, recognition schemes, and offboarding feedback loops.Collaborate with internal communications to ensure transparent, inspiring, and consistent messaging regarding culture and HR initiatives.Maintain an equitable and inclusive work environment.Academic experience required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or PHR) is highly desirable.Professional experience required8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years specifically dedicated to employee relations, corporate culture management, or employee engagement within a dynamic corporate environment.Computing Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for data analysis and presentations.Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Employee Engagement/Pulse Survey software is highly desirable.Personal SkillsExceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening capabilities.Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation skills.Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.High level of objectivity, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.LanguagesArabic: Native.English: Fluent level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).
