Job PurposeResponsible for supporting the administration and implementation of compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with company policies. The role also supports HR analytics, benefits administration, reporting, and employee communication to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities1. Benefits AdministrationAdminister employee benefits programs including medical insurance, life insurance, pension plans, transportation, and allowances.Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and external vendors regarding renewals, claims management, and contracts.Support communication and employee awareness of benefits programs and policy updates.Assist in reviewing and improving benefits offerings based on business and employee needs.2. HR Systems & Data AnalyticsMaintain accurate compensation and benefits data within HRIS systems such as SAP.Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and reports related to compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost.Support HR reporting requirements for management reviews and budgeting activities.Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all HR records and reports.3. Policies, Governance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies, labor laws, tax regulations, and governance standards.Develop, review, and update compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and SOPs.Support internal and external audits related to payroll, compensation, and benefits processes.Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee compensation and benefits information.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and numerical skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel and HR data analysis capabilities.Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc.).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Strong organizational and reporting skills.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field.4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or HR Analytics.Experience within pharmaceutical, FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational organizations is preferred.
