Employer Recruitment Services Coordinator

Reporting & Collaboration:Reports directly to the Career Center ManagerCollaborates closely with the Communication & External Relations team, Admission team, and the School Relations teamEducational Background & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in General Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field0–2 years of experience in account management, career services, event management, communications, or recruitment (experience in higher education is an advantage).Key Responsibilities:Promote the university to the industry and encourage employers to offer employment opportunities and participate in career development activitiesCoordinate employer recruitment services, career fairs, and on-campus hiring activities & eventsResponsible for catering the employability needs of the GIU students and graduatesAct as the main point of contact between the university and the industrySupport employer partnerships and maintain employer databasesCollaborate with the academic body to align employer needs with student skillsPromote job opportunities & internships to students and alumniQualifications:Experience in higher education, recruitment or account management is an advantageKnowledge of event management, planning and coordinationContent writing skillsStrong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and reporting skillsBasic design knowledge – Illustrator / CanvaProficiency in MS Office and database managementFluency in English & Arabic requiredGerman language proficiency is a plusRequired Skills and Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Negotiation & persuasive skillsExcellent organizational and event coordination abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and data management skillsFlexible, and can work for extended hours during events preparations
