Job Title: Internship Management CoordinatorJob Description: Students Services:Handle students’ inquiries through career center e-mail, walk-ins or callsAssist students in their internship application through issuance of support letters for hosting company/entityConduct frequent induction/orientation for students about GIU Internship programScreen and review the learning and development requests of AWGs (active working groups)Internship Management:Assist in drafting internship evaluation documentsCoordinate with the IT department for internal system creationMonitor the workflow of the internship internal review processCoordinate with internal faculties’ members for internship approval and placementsFollow-up with the industry to ensure that both the students and the employers are on trackPrepare regular reports about students’ industrial experience in the internship and industry insightsEducation and/or Experience:BA in management preferably HR, and/or Marketing background0 – 2 years of experience in HR, career services, talent development or marketing is preferredSkills and Abilities:Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent organizational and event coordination abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office and database.Strong attention to detail and data management skills.Outgoing & like to work with new people
