Job Purpose:The Engagement Specialist will report to the People Experience Team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement, internal communication, culture, and employee experience initiatives. The role is responsible for delivering engaging employee activities, communication campaigns, recognition programs, and company events that contribute to a positive workplace culture and employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Support the execution of the annual employee engagement calendar and company-wide initiatives.Coordinate employee events, celebrations, wellness programs, and engagement activities.Create and distribute internal communications, announcements, and engagement content.Support employee recognition and appreciation programs.Assist in employee surveys, feedback collection, and engagement reporting.Coordinate with vendors, venues, and external partners for events and activities.Track engagement budgets, monitor expenses, and support cost-effective event execution.Support employer branding and employee advocacy initiatives.Promote company values and foster employee participation across the organization.ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Events Management, Employee Experience, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in a BPO or large corporate environment is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesFluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Event planning and coordination experience.Budget tracking and vendor management skills.Creative, proactive, and detail oriented.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel when required.Own transportation is preferred due to the nature of the role.
