Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a German Sales Account Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. In this role, you will handle customer accounts, build strong client relationships, promote services to German-speaking customers, and meet sales targets. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. QualificationsFluency in German and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both.Salary 35k+Uncapped commission in USD(Equivalent in EGP)Experience in sales, customer relationship management, or account management is highly desirable.Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and other relevant technologies.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Time management, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work independently in a professional office environment.Prior experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
