Drive focused improvement initiatives based on data, risk, and criticality of assets. Establish robust preventive and predictive maintenance systems to reduce breakdowns. Standardize maintenance processes, plans, and best practices across all areas. Build capability through training, coaching, and clear accountability. Use KPIs and reliability metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement. Foster a reliability‑focused culture that supports safe, stable, and efficient operations. ResponsibilitiesSet the annual production plan with the senior management including enhancement projects, capital, and R&M budget. Develop, implement, and optimize planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to minimize downtime. Manage and lead the site Maintenance and Reliability Team and continuously develop their skills, systems and processes to drive efficiency and improved performance. Identify and resolve key issues and constraints facing the facility to meet plant objectives. Provide vision and execution of strategy to ensure focused improvement of reliability of equipment. Develop and implement strategies that accelerate and improve current maintenance practices and processes to improve equipment performance, reliability and lower repair costs. Responsible for the set-up, sustainment and improvement of robust maintenance systems in the plant. Ensure all equipment and facility repairs comply with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements. Setting the annual technical training plan to department. Effectively manage the new capital projects within the target budget and timePromote, collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute improvement ideas which positively affect safety, quality, value stream, cost.
