ERP Governance Authority Hold executive accountability, on behalf of the company, for ERP governance, decision rights, configuration approvals, scope control, customizations, and final Go-Live authorization, ensuring operational integrity and system readiness before deployment. System Readiness & Operational Sign-Off Lead final validation of operational readiness and formally authorize production deployment following successful testing and business acceptance. Odoo Account & Subscription Governance Maintain governance responsibility over the company’s official Odoo account, subscription structure, renewals, user licensing, and direct contractual coordination to ensure uninterrupted system continuity. Financial & Cost Control Governance Review, control, and approve ERP-related expenditures, scope extensions, and customization costs before escalation to senior management or the Board, ensuring value optimization and budget discipline. Access Control & Segregation of Duties Oversight Design and govern ERP access structures, approval hierarchies, and segregation-of-duties controls in alignment with internal control, audit, and risk mitigation standards. Technical Environment & Repository Governance Oversee all ERP environments, repositories, integrations, and custom developments to ensure full corporate ownership, technical integrity, security, and long-term sustainability of system assets. Customer Digital Platforms Oversight: Provide executive oversight of all customer-facing digital platforms, including the company’s mobile application, ensuring seamless integration with ERP back-end systems, data consistency, operational alignment, and enhancement of the customer digital experience. Risk, Compliance & Business Continuity Alignment: Ensure that ERP governance frameworks align with financial controls, operational risk mitigation policies, and business continuity standards. Executive & Board-Level Reporting: Provide executive-level reporting, strategic system insights, risk assessments, and transformation progress updates to senior management and the Board of Directors to support informed decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).5–8+ years of experience in ERP systems management, preferably with hands-on experience in Odoo or similar platforms.Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and Go-Live support.Strong understanding of ERP governance principles, system controls, and business process integration across departments (Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain).Experience in managing user access control, roles, and segregation of duties (SoD) within ERP systems.Good knowledge of financial control processes, budgeting, and cost monitoring related to ERP projects.Familiarity with system environments, integrations, APIs, and basic technical architecture.Experience in coordinating with external vendors and managing ERP subscriptions, licenses, and support agreements.Understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit requirements related to ERP systems.Ability to support digital platforms integration (e.g., mobile apps, customer portals) with ERP back-end systems.
