Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive HCM Senior Associate to join our team, specializing in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 3–6 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support Oracle HCM implementations and enhancements across Core HR, Talent, and Payroll modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR systems and ensure seamless integration and user experience.Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and system performance.Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM applications.Qualifications3–6 years of experience with Oracle HCM modules.Strong understanding of HR business operations and workflows.Proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
