Job Summary:The KIN HUB Event Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing children’s events such as birthday parties and themed activities within the nursery and program space. The role ensures a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for children and members.Responsibilities:Plan and organize children’s birthday parties and special eventsCoordinate themes, decorations, entertainment, and activity schedulesCommunicate with parents to understand event requirements and expectationsPrepare event proposals, packages, and cost estimates (if applicable)Coordinate with internal teams (operations, F&B, housekeeping, etc.)Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdownEnsure safety standards and child protection guidelines are followedManage event supplies and vendor coordination when requiredHandle on-site supervision during eventsCollect feedback and ensure member satisfaction To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field1–3 years of experience in event planning, preferably children’s eventsCreative and detail-orientedStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple events and timelinesAuthorities:Coordinate and schedule events within approved capacityCommunicate directly with parents regarding event detailsRequest operational support from relevant departmentsEscalate major issues or budget concerns to KIN HUB Programs Leader
