Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to support all marketing activities, with a strong focus on managing KODE’s digital presence and creative direction across social media platforms.The role combines content creation, digital marketing, creative direction, and event support to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall marketing performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Content & Social MediaManage and coordinate with the digital agency to oversee the creative direction of KODE’s digital presence.Assist in developing, implementing, and creating engaging content for social media platforms.Ensure all content and designs are creative, informative, and aligned with the brand identity.Lead creative concepts and campaigns related to KODE Shop, Kin & Sports.Monitor and analyze competitors’ social media platforms and marketing activities.Measure and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.Stay updated with digital trends and audience behavior to improve content performance.Marketing ActivitiesSupport the marketing team in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.Assist in organizing and supporting events, activations, and promotional activities.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.Continuous ImprovementGenerate creative ideas to enhance KODE Shop, social media platforms, and overall marketing strategy.Recommend innovative approaches to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
