BNotch Events & Exhibitions is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join our growing team.If you thrive under pressure, enjoy bringing large-scale events to life, and can coordinate multiple suppliers, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the end-to-end execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations.Manage production schedules and event timelines.Coordinate suppliers, venues, fabrication teams, logistics, AV, branding, printing, and installation.Track budgets, purchase orders, quotations, and operational expenses.Conduct venue inspections and site visits.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Lead on-site event setup, execution, and dismantling.Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.Work closely with the Sales, Design, Production, and Account Management teams.Requirements2+ years of experience in event operations, exhibitions, production, or project coordination.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong negotiation and supplier management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Willingness to work flexible hours during event periods.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Based in Cairo.If you're passionate about creating exceptional event experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Apply through LinkedIn Easy Apply and complete the screening questions to be considered.
