Job description:Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our production and maintenance operations. You will play a key role in driving performance, safety, and quality in a dynamic, high-tech environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage daily production activities to meet targets in safety, quality, and efficiency. Supervise and develop production and maintenance teams, ensuring training and skill development. Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to stay on track. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, WCM, or similar methodologies. Collaborate with departments like Quality, HSE, Logistics, and HR to ensure smooth operations. REQUIREMENTS Engineering degree with 10+ years of experience in Operations or Production Management, with a strong preference for candidates from the home appliances industry, preferably in water heater manufacturing. Strong background in both production and maintenance management. Experience in automated, capital-intensive environments. Skilled in team leadership, problem-solving, and performance tracking. Familiar with tools like skill matrices, 5S, AM/PM pillars, and maintenance planning. Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
